Dr. Nneamaka Ukatu is a board certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Ukatu hails from New York City. She is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. Called to pursue medicine, she earned her medical degree from New York Medical College in Westchester, NY. She was one of only three graduates in her class to be inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism honor society.

She completed her internship year at Northwell Staten Island University in Staten Island, NY, where she was selected by her department leadership as Intern of the Year. She went on to complete her residency in dermatology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.

She has an interest in aesthetics, skin of color, complex medical dermatology, and hair disorders.
