About Intensif RF™ Microneedling

Overview

Developed by Endymed, Intensif RF remodels collagen and activates natural collagen production, resulting in firmer, toned skin. Fractional radiofrequency energy is delivered into the subdermal tissue, stimulating collagen production and cell regeneration.

Customization options include a 25-pin tip and adjustable 0.5–5mm penetration depth, catering to different skin concerns.

This treatment addresses a variety of skin conditions including fine lines, wrinkles, large pores, acne scars, stretch marks, excessive oiliness, and skin laxity. Radio Frequency enhances the efficacy of micro needling.

What to Expect

A typical Intensif RF microneedling session lasts approximately 30-45 minutes and begins with a topical numbing cream to minimize discomfort. Once the treatment area is adequately numbed, the provider administers RF energy using a handpiece with single-use needle tips. While some individuals may experience discomfort during the procedure, it is generally well-tolerated, and pain management options such as injectable lidocaine or ProNox may be available for those who require additional relief.

Following the treatment, you may experience pinpoint bleeding, redness, and swelling, which are normal and typically subside within a day or two. Your provider will provide specific skincare instructions to promote optimal healing, including sun protection and skincare products tailored to your needs.

Recovery

Following Intensif RF microneedling treatment, side effects such as redness and swelling are common and may last up to 48 hours.

Peeling and breakouts can also occur as the skin heals over the following weeks. To minimize side effects, gentle cleansers and moisturizers can be used.

Aftercare instructions, including sunscreen application and avoiding certain skincare products, are crucial for optimal recovery.

Avoid makeup and working out 48hrs after treatment
