What to Expect

The filler is injected by the provider into specific areas like the mid face and lateral cheeks delivering instant results.

  • The procedure takes about 10-30 minutes
  • Cheek fillers are generally safe, but no cosmetic procedure is completely risk free. As with any injection there is risk for vascular compromise.
Recovery
It is advised to refrain from disturbing the treated area following a cosmetic procedure. Touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the area can potentially displace the filler or lead to complications.
 
Additionally, it is recommended to avoid facials or massages for the first two weeks post-treatment.
 
Similarly, intense physical activity should be minimized for the first 24-48 hours after the procedure. Vigorous exercise can increase blood flow, potentially causing the filler to move from the treatment area.
Results
  • It is advised to wait at least 2-3 weeks for filler to settle before making any adjustments
  • HA filler can last up to 12-24 months based on type of filler used
