3 Simple hack to get healthy, shining hair in this monsoon

1: Do Shampoo 2-3 times in a week

Shampoo your hair 2-3 times a week to keep your scalp healthy and wash off if you get drenched in the rain. Use a mild shampoo and check if the label says ‘Daily use shampoo’
Use the medicated anti dandruff shampoo once or maximum twice a week based on the scalp condition.
Don’t forget to apply conditioner if the hair is too dry to frizzy.

2: Avoid using too much heat to dry your hair

Avoid using too much heat to dry your hair. Use a soft towel instead to dry your hair as it absorbs the water very quickly and causes minimum friction between your hair and towel to reduce hair fall.

3: Oil your hair once in a week

Oil your hair but do so very gently. I usually recommend it once a week on a easy day when you can oil half an hour before washing it off with a medicated anti dandruff shampoo, but doing it more often is not recommended, as your scalp is already oily due to the weather.
